Cancellation & Refund Policy
Keep in mind
1. Cancellation Charges
If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- 60 days & prior to travel: 90% refund
- 30 – 59 days prior to travel: 80% refund
- 15 – 29 days prior to travel: 70% refund
- 08 – 14 days prior to travel: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days / No Show: No refund
2. Non-Refundable Services
2.1. Payments made for Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, and Forest Lodge bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.2. Any government-imposed fees, permits, or taxes associated with the booking are also non-refundable.
3. Refund for Unutilized Services
3.1. Refunds for unused or unutilized services, including partially completed trips, will be processed based on the applicable cancellation policy.
3.2. No refunds will be provided for last-minute changes, missed safaris, or failure to meet the entry requirements (e.g., ID proof issues, late arrivals).
4. Refund Processing Time
4.1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation request approval.
4.2. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking. Transaction fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Cancellation Process
5.1. To request a cancellation, customers must email contact@globalsafariexperts.com with their booking details.
5.2. Cancellations will only be considered when formally requested via email.
5.3. The cancellation date will be determined based on the email timestamp.
