1. Introduction
Welcome to Global Safari Experts. By accessing and using our website (globalsafariexperts.com) and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking Policy
2.1. All safari, hotel, taxi, and activity bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and respective provider policies.
2.2. Safari bookings are made via government-authorized portals, and Global Safari Experts acts only as a facilitator. We do not control permit allocations or confirmations.
2.3. Visitors must carry original government-issued ID proof for safari entry. Failure to provide valid ID may result in denied entry, for which Global Safari Experts holds no liability.
2.4. Safari permits, once booked, are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled.
2.5. Safari charges are subject to change due to government policies, and any additional charges must be borne by the visitor.
2.6. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, as animals roam freely in the wild. No refunds or compensation will be provided for the lack of sightings.
2.7. Safari timings are fixed by the Forest Department and cannot be modified. Late arrivals may result in denied entry without a refund.
3. Payment & Cancellation Policy
3.1. Payments for bookings must be made in full at the time of reservation.
3.2. Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service provider (hotels, safaris, taxis, activities). Users are advised to review the specific cancellation terms before booking.
3.3. Government levies, taxes, or surcharges, if introduced post-booking, will be payable by the customer.
3.4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the respective service provider’s policy and may take up to 14 business days.
4. Liability & Responsibilities
4.1. Global Safari Experts acts only as a booking facilitator and shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or delay caused during the safari, hotel stay, transport, or activity.
4.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel and safety requirements, including carrying necessary documents and adhering to local regulations.
4.3. Government-imposed restrictions (such as park closures, weather-related cancellations, or sudden regulatory changes) are beyond our control. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be subject to the respective service provider’s terms.
4.4. Customers engaging in any illegal activity, misbehavior, or violation of park rules may be denied services without a refund.
5. User Conduct
5.1. Users must provide accurate information while making bookings. Any false or misleading information may lead to cancellation without a refund.
5.2. Our website content, including images, text, and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
5.3. Users must not attempt to manipulate prices, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the booking system.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. We collect user data only for processing bookings and improving our services. Personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
6.2. Payment information is processed securely, and we do not store credit/debit card details.
6.3. We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary for booking confirmations and service fulfillment.
